How to submit your case?

All cases should be submitted in electronic format from the form in the left. Please, follow the instructions bellow during the case preparation process.

Your case should always contain:

7.Imaging findings (brief description, up to 150 words)

8.Final diagnosis

9.Discussion (up to 500 words)

13.Case category (Cardio Radiology, Thoracic Radiology)

14.Upload images (Images must be less than 1mb, Jpeg, Jpg, Png or GIf formats)

15.Upload video (Video restrictions - less than 30 mb; best format .flv, other allowed formats .mpeg, .avi, .mkv)
